“I already downloaded The Journey player”

The update to run the new player will be installed automatically the next time you run The Journey. You don’t need to download the .exe file again to get the update.

Simply play any workout in The Journey and the update will be done in a few minutes.

“I want to use the new player but I haven’t downloaded The Journey”

Go to the download center and install the file. It’s ready to use as soon as your computer has finished the installation.

“My PC/Mac is not powerful enough to run The Journey – can I still use the new player?”

Yes, the player doesn’t have the same system requirements as the graphics are less complex.
